終於逃出了流水迷宮,卻又深陷在巨大向日葵花叢之中;
這花叢如同森林一般可以攀爬,但也巨大到讓人發自內心地感到無助與渺小,
正當又被困住而挫敗絕望之時,卻巧遇的一群冒險尋寶家,
他們正在搜索傳統信仰中老人所謂的守護神「馬天君」,
直到看見茂密的花海彼端,正奔騰竄出的巨大身影......

這趟旅程一路走來,感激貴人相助,百工的足跡踏過台北、高雄、台南、台中,
那位可愛的了老先生並漂洋過海去了北京,唯一個遺憾恐怕是來不及為他餞別。


如今,很榮幸《歌百工》創作的肇始人、邋遢如我的森林之子也將正式成為被
國美館青年藝術典藏的一員。
芸芸眾生萍水相逢,然後離別而重新踏上各自的應許之路。


人生如戲、戲如人生。Bon voyage, viva la vida!



Along the journey I'd be so grateful for all the elegant aids from all of you, that guide me
through Taipei, Kaohsiung, Tainan, and Taichung. The lovely elder's already travelled
farther, and I'm terribly sorry to have not even a farewell with him before his way
overseas to Beijing.


Now, it's also of a great honor to see this buddy from my very beginning: the son of the forest
with appearance as sloppy as me, to officially become a member of the young artist collection
in NTMFA.
We all human beings meet by chance, then eventually separate with various destiny to achieve.


Life is like a play, and vice versa. Bon voyage, viva la vida!

楚門的世界/The Truman Show

其實我很好奇大家以什麼方式觀看我的作品,
不過、其實我是以類似於「章回小說」的方式進行創作,
也就是說,旅途、人事物、劇情是在微微推演的。

人事物可能會重複出現,因為我希望創作跟真實的生活一樣,

然後這趟旅途中的重要角色將會陸續出場...:)

AAMOF, I'm kinda curious about the ways viewers see my works.
Here, I would rather reveal that they're brought out with a Chinese "chapter-novel" form, 

namely, the journey, anyone/anything, and the story keep on developing to establish the whole imaginary world.

Someone and something are gonna get mentioned repeatedly, just like my life in reality. 

And most of all, key figures of the journey will show out soon in the coming future...:)

SAFARI II (第二段長征)

出乎預料,
小品雅集已經在四月份搬家了,遷到幾條街外的巷子裡。
空間變得更寬敞舒適,但也格外陌生...


Surprisingly 小品雅集 has moved in April to a new place, few blocks away from the original location.
The store gets much bigger, along wtih a really fancy atmosphere.
However, kind of unfamiliar to me now...

2009年底,為了一個課堂其中作業而拍攝了這支實驗性質、結合了錄像與行為的短片,
目的在於以一個師大學生身兼當地居民的角色,
來看待師大夜市這個當時正蓬勃發展的聚落中,人與環境微妙的互動關係。

手機OS挺有藝思/Arts (out) of Smart Phone OSs

最近因故有換手機的機會而開始研究smart phone的作業系統,有種感覺:
多數人藝術創作本質在追求如同iOSWindows Phone
而我覺得自己目前的創作心態比較趨向Android


Recently I began to study up smart phone OSs, for a chance to probably replace my cellphone.
I get an idea out of the researches throughout these days:
Art creations out of the majority, of which the essence would be somehow similar to systems like iOS or Windows Phone,
on the contrary, mine inclines rather toward Android.

關於《歌百工》/about "Ode to Walks of Life"


「《歌百工計畫》為近期終於復見天日,正試圖修復重建的、極富爭議性的民俗學樣本。

計畫緣起之時間與地點已不可考,推測其目的應為對黎民風土與眾生樣貌的考證與紀錄。
紀錄者曾尋訪各地,詳實地以圖文描繪的方式採集無數不同時空、地理、文明背景的人類活動。
讀者可從這些職業群像中略窺見大千世界之下、迥異的時代精神與理則價值......」


"Project <Ode to Walks of Life>, a intensely controversial sample of Folkloristics, is currently repaired to expect its
reconstruction. 


The precise dates and sites of the project originally organized are no more traceable, though considered positively its
potential aim toward a universal investigation and research on folklore as well as custom of all human beings.


The author was believed to travel throughout the world, depicting with images and texts detailedly all 
anthropological activities within great varieties of times and spaces, besides the geographical as well as cultural 
backgrounds.


Here we could approach through these figures of all walks of life in the great world yet those diverse spirits and 
values from disparate eras..."
